A link to a developer announcement or a screenshot of the relevant game panel can help distinguish a content error from a version difference. Share screenshots only if you have the right to do so, and remove private chat, player details or account information.
Website and tool problems
For broken links, search issues, map controls or calculator errors, include your browser, device and the page you were using. Describe the steps that led to the problem and any visible error message.
For a calculator result, list the inputs and selected preset rather than sending private save files. For a map problem, identify the marker or coordinates and whether you were using the globe or flat view.
